At NeroGiardini, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Italian-crafted footwear and apparel. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your customer account and select the order you wish to return, or use our guest portal to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original NeroGiardini packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
